Look beyond the teeth
We review the condition of remaining teeth, gum and bone support, your bite, medical history, and what you hope to change. CBCT imaging can help us study the anatomy before planning implant positions. Dr. Nielsen discusses whether a full-arch approach, a removable denture, or another restorative path makes the most sense.
A staged plan, explained
Full-arch care may involve extractions, implant placement, a temporary restoration, healing, and a final prosthesis. The number of implants and timing vary by patient. Some people may be candidates for a temporary fixed arch soon after placement; others need a different sequence. We explain which steps apply to you, who performs each part, and what you can expect between visits.
Comfort and maintenance matter
The final result should support speaking, chewing, and an appearance that feels like you. We plan the shape and bite carefully, then show you how to clean beneath and around the prosthesis. Follow-up and routine professional maintenance remain important. We also review the investment and available payment paths before treatment begins.
