Is this dental insurance?
No. Membership is valid only at Bell Road Dentistry. It cannot be combined with insurance or other discounts.
When do benefits start and end?
Benefits last 12 months from purchase. Renewal is required to continue benefits. Renewal notices and cards are not mailed.
What does the annual fee cover?
The fee provides the listed membership benefits. Additional treatment is billed separately, with any applicable plan savings. Payment for services is due at the time of service.
Are fees refundable or transferable?
No. Membership fees are non-refundable and benefits are non-transferable.
What treatment is excluded or limited?
Cosmetic treatment is excluded. Orthodontic treatment, including clear aligners, has separate individual limitations; no blanket discount is promised. Individual discounts and clinical limitations apply to other treatment.
Can I finance membership or discounted care?
Third-party financing is not available for membership fees or discounted treatment under the plan.
How do I enroll?
Call the office for the complete plan and enrollment documents. Our team will explain eligibility and answer questions before payment is collected. This page does not process enrollment.
